1. Quality Assurance & Manufacturing Defects
Every piece in our inventory—from Figaro chains to handmade bracelets—undergoes rigorous quality control.
- Eligible Returns: We only accept returns for confirmed manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors (wrong items sent).
- Silver Purity: All items are guaranteed 92.5% silver purity. Discrepancies in silver grade are handled with the highest priority.
2. Claim Filing Process (Timeline)
To ensure a quick resolution, please follow these steps for reporting issues:
- Notification Window: Report any defects within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Documentation: Email at info@silverchainsagra.com with your order number and clear photography of the defect. For international shipments, we recommend filming a brief unboxing video.
3. International Wholesale Support
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders shipped outside of India.
- Final Sale: All international wholesale transactions are considered Final Sale. Due to the complexities of Indian customs and the high cost of international freight, we cannot facilitate re-importation.
- Quality Commitment: To mitigate the lack of returns, every international shipment undergoes a triple-stage quality check before dispatch. We ensure that silver purity, stone settings, and link durability meet export standards.
- Damage in Transit: We use export-grade 3 layer packaging, tamper-proof packaging. However, we are not liable for damages caused by international carriers or customs inspections.
4. Domestic Market Policy (India)
For our retail partners within India:
- Reverse Logistics: We will coordinate the pickup of defective items via our domestic courier partners.
- Exchange: Once inspected, we will ship the replacement items within 5-7 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items

- Items showing signs of wear, tear, or third-party alterations.
